Sorry to say but with this rank there are null chances of getting CSE in DTU/NSIT. However, you may get ECE/civil or mechanical with your score. Last year the cutoff for mechanical for OBC candidates was 75000 (CRL rank).

Doesn't matter. If your domicile certificate is Delhi, then you are sure to get the benefit of home quota.
