Year-wise fees are 2.5 lakhs, and they increase every year by 10 thousand. For the general category, there is no scholarship; for EWS and SC/ST, there is scholarship. Scholarships comprising the tuition fee component of the overall fees ofthat academic year will be awarded every year to the top 5% studentsof each branch of academic programs being offered by the university.Merit scholarship shall be awarded based upon aggregate marks earned in the semester/academic year andshe must have passed in all subjects in the very first attempt.in the said semester/academic year.Not eligible for a scholarship under this scheme shall those students who draw any scholarship awards from any other source (s)The cost towards the scholarship shall be borne by the plan scheme of the university.

To apply for admission in BTech at NSUT, applicants must qualify in JEE Main and have to undergo the Joint Admission Counseling process, Delhi. Such candidates will be required to register for JAC Delhi, fill up their choices, and go through the seat allocation process as per their rank in JEE Main. On allotment of seat, student has to go through the process of document verification and pay relevant fee for confirmation of admission. Please check on NSUT website for more details and updates.

Yes, one can get into NSIT without giving the GATE exam as the basis of selection for that course. GATE is a gateway for entering M.Tech courses of NSIT. In cases of undergraduate courses like B.Tech and other such courses, admissions are done based on scores in JEE Main and not GATE. GATE is not required for undergraduate courses in NSIT.

Indeed, Netaji Subhash University provides several opportunities for receiving scholarships for students. This type of scholarship is given to students who have their performance in academics as their strength to call it a merit achievement; the requirements and qualifications insist on the student scoring not less than 85% in their class 12 exams. The university also offers scholarship for economically weaker section of society for which income proof and performance is mandatory. Sports scholarships are provided for students who have played for state or national level championships. In addition, institutions such as SC/ST/OBC are eligible for government subsidized scholarships. The scholarship amount can be precise, but some institution offers partial scholarship from 10% up to 50% depending on the performance of the student.

In 2018, the institute was granted university status, changing its name to Netaji Subhas University of Technology. NSUT M.Tech admissions are based on the GATE 2024 score followed by CCMT counselling. The online registrations for the CCMT 2024 will begin in June 2024 (tentative). NSUT admission 2024 for UG programs will be done through the CUET examination.NSUT admission is completely entrance exam based. The university inducts candidates through various national-level & university-level entrance exams, such as CUET-UG, CAT, JEE-Main for different programmes.
