Average package of PGDM( finance ) is 4.5-9l. and the highest package is 9l. few of the companies that recruit finance students are Deloitte,Dabur,Capital Iq etc.

Yes dual specialisation is compulsory and even dual specialisation is always beneficial. all the courses are given equal preference here as there is 100% placement record among all the specialisations.

Avg placement- between 4.5-9 lpa and highest package is 9l. package offered for freshers can be same as of experienced ones it depends upon the one's potential and caliber.
