NICMAR University Pune is a well-established institution that offers techno-managerial courses in the field of construction and management. The college has a rating of 8.5 out of 10 based on academic, accommodation, faculty, infrastructure, placement, and social life. NICMAR Pune also known as the National Institute of Construction Management and Research is a private institution, established in 1984. The university is in Pune with other campuses in Goa, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. Some of the popular entrance exams are JEE Main, JEE Advanced, MHT CET, BITSAT, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, SRMJEEE, WBJEE, VITEEE, and CUET.There are no fixed CUET passing marks, however, a score minimum of 300-400 marks is required in CUET to qualify for the admission process. The minimum CUET passing marks may vary according to the course and university preferences of the candidates. The CUET eligibility criteria also depend on the academic qualifications, age limit, and nationality of the candidates.

The fees for UG courses at NICMAR University vary depending on the course and duration. The fee structure (in INR) for some of the UG courses is as follows:Bachelor of Architecture [B.Arch]: 1,060,000 Total Fees for 5 Years.Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA]: 885,000 Total Fees for 3 Years.Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] {Hons.}: 1,385,000 Total Fees for 4 Years.Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] + Master of Business Administration [MBA]: 1,985,000 Total Fees for 5 Years.Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Civil Engineering): 1,210,000 Total Fees for 4 Years.The application fee for the UG course INR 1,000 for a single program preference. 

The institute does not provide the cut off marks officially.The cut off comprises opening and closing JEE Main rank for UG courses and CAT percentile for MBA courses. The university conducts its own entrance exam called NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) for admission to its PG programs. The NCAT consists of four sections: Quantitative and Analytical Ability, Data Interpretation, Verbal and General Ability, and Personal Interview. The cutoff for NCAT is not officially released by the university, but it is based on the relative performance of the candidates in each section and the overall score.

NICMAR University and NICMAR University, Hyderabad are the same institution with different campuses. The fees for the same courses may vary depending on the campus location. For example, the MBA in Advanced Construction Management course has a total fee of Rs. 11,95,900 at the Hyderabad campus and Rs. 11,15,000 at the Pune campus. The candidates will be scrutinised and eligibility is established based on the documents submitted. Applicants should Qualify for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Paper 2 (NTA). Students are required to appear for a Counselling Session at NICMAR University, Pune. The admission will be based on the candidate’s NATA score or JEE Paper 2 (50% weightage) and exam score of the Class 12 examination or Graduation Diploma examination (50% weightage).
