Everything you need to know about NIEIT and NIE .

Placements: Around 70–80% students were placed in CSE stream. The highest package was around 54 LPA, and the lowest was around 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, etc. 60% is the internship rate or less. Due to recession, I guess. Software development was the top role of my branch.

Review on NIEIT College formerly Know as NIE NORTH Mysuru.

Placements: So, basically, I am a CSE-pursuing student at Nieit Mysuru, and talking about the placement, it's pretty decent. The college has a dedicated placement cell that helps students prepare for the placement process by conducting mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and career counselling sessions. In the years 21–22, 190 students were registered and 154 companies were visited, out of which 202 offers were given to students. Some of the top recruiters that have visited Niet College are TCS, Wip...

I am partially satisfied because of the teaching and the facilities provided here.

Placements: Multiple seniors got placed in good companies even during times of the pandemic of Covid-19. Many companies visit the campus for placements. Our college has a very high placement rate for branches like computer science and electronics and communication.

Review of NIE Institute of Technology.

Placements: All the students from our course didn't get placed. However, students who always try will get placed. Many core companies don't visit here for placements, but we can try for placements in the IT sector. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA for our course by one of the core companies which visited our college. Internships can be done outside the college.

The college has a decent infrastructure and satisfactory placements.

Placements: Placements at NIEIT have been consistently good over the years. The placement administration makes a lot of efforts to ensure that the maximum number of students are placed. Administration works hard on the overall development of the students. It organises a students development programme for interpersonal skills as well as professional skills enhancement. Students are extended robust training in soft skills and aptitude by dedicated organisations associated with the administration.

Good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: 5-10 out of 40 were placed in each course. I personally got placed in a company called Technologies. People in my class were offered jobs in L&T, HP, Infosys etc. Most of my classmates eventually found jobs. Good placement training. The college did the best. After all, it's an individuals capacity to get a job.

Our provides good and dedicated faculty members.

Placements: Since we passed out as the 2nd batch in 2013, only a few companies had come for the placement. Siemens had offered a good salary package. Currently, the placements have increased. Since the college was new, very few students could go for internship from electronics and communication.

NIE Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placement is average, and 60% of the students get a job after completion of their respective programme. For CS and IS, the placement is better than other average colleges, and approximately, 70-80% students get placed. For ECE and EEE, it's moderate and approximately 50-60% students are placed. For mechanical, we need to be more patient to get a job.

Overall, the college is good for studies, but no placements provided.

Placements: The placements are the worst there. And for the mechanical branch, it is very bad because as the branch was opened in 2013, so we were the first batch and we did not have any sort of opportunities as far as placements are concerned. And, the placement training is given but of no use.

Satisfied with all things but needs improvement in placements

Placements: Placements were very poor. Only 4 in the college were placed and the percentage was too low at less than 10%. The highest package was 3.15 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2.5 lakhs per annum. Companies used to offer aptitude, GD, and walk-in interviews. Only a few companies visited our college like Infosys, Wipro and HGS.

I would recommend you to get admission here.

Placements: We get placements. The placement officers were friendly. One should be capable of maintaining at least a 7 CGPA every semester to get placed in good and reputed companies.
