It is almost like a Polytechnic Diploma and is a bit harder. In this course, students are taught about programming, multimedia, ICT things, etc. The NIELIT CCC programme is a certificate course. In this, only the basic computer understandings test is conducted, including information regarding hardware, software, number systems, spread sheets, word processors, etc.
