The Indian Government supervises the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Gangtok, which is an autonomous society. The institute selects applicants from all around India using a UG Diploma selection procedure. Typically, the procedure entails submitting an online application form, which the university will validate to determine your eligibility for various courses. There aren't many courses that require admission exams, which ultimately results in a merit list. The 12th-grade minimum score necessary varies according to the course you select. For instance, a UG Diploma in Information Technology requires 55% of the marks from a recognised board in the 12th grade, with maths being a required subject. However, for other courses, a minimum of 50% is required to get admitted at NIELIT, Gangtok.
