NIT Delhi and Netaji Subhash University are both good institutions for pursuing M.Tech. Here are some key factors to compare and consider:
1. Academic Reputation: NIT Delhi is a well-established institute with a strong academic reputation. Netaji Subhash University is relatively new, having been established in 2013. However, it has quickly gained a good reputation and is ranked among the top engineering colleges in India.
2. Course Curriculum: Both institutions offer a range of specializations in M.Tech. However, the course curriculum and approach may differ, so it is important to check which institution offers a programme that aligns with your interests and career goals.
3. Faculty: Both institutions have experienced and qualified faculty members. It is important to check the research and teaching credentials of the faculty in your area of interest.
4. Research Opportunities: NIT Delhi has a well-established research programme with a number of funded projects. Netaji Subhash University also has a growing research programme with several research centers and collaborations with industry. Check which institution has research opportunities aligned with your interests.
5. Placement Opportunities: Both institutions have a good placement record, with many students securing placements with top companies. However, NIT Delhi has a longer and more established history of placements, with a larger alumni network. Overall, both institutions are good options for pursuing M.Tech, and the choice may depend on individual preferences and priorities. It is recommended to research and compare the institutions in detail before making a decision.

Based on the JEE Main rank you obtained. Chances of getting NITs are moderate under the asked category.

With 17200 rank, it's not possible to get into IIT Delhi for General Category Students. With 41200 rank you can get Mechanical Engineering at NIT Delhi and may get Electrical Engineering by CSAB-2.

CSE is difficult to get in asked NITs. However, your chances of getting ECE in VNIT-Nagpur & NIT-D are high and also your chances of getting Electrical in MNIT Jaipur are high.
