For getting NIT Jharkhand your rank should be below 50000 or above 95 percentile in JEE Main if belongs to general category under home state quota. You have another chance in JEE Main May-2020. So you have to work hard for getting NIT Jharkhan

No, it is not possible. With less than 75 percentile, you cannot get admission in any NIT.
