Your percentile indicates that there are nine percent (100-91) students who are above you. This means approximately 90000 students are above you if we take 10 lakh as the number of students who appeared for this examination. NIT, Jamshedpur you can choose. It has a great environment. A good to go sized campus, and in the vicinity of the market place. Co-operative people, great security and greenery all around. Experienced professors: In core branches like mechanical and civil we have some really experienced professors. With teaching experience more than probably your age.
Great Hostels: NIT Jamshedpur has one of the best hostel facilities in the country. Two mega hostels, with an accommodation of 1500 students (two buildings, 7 storey). Almost throughout your stay at NIT Jamshedpur you will get a single seater room. Which is a rare case for government colleges. Even the old hostels are well maintained and built.
Great Food: If you are from North India, I BET you will not complain about the food. Talking in relative terms, NIT Jamshedpur has better food than almost all colleges, with food being provided 4 times a day. Decent Placements: NIT Jamshedpur has great placements, with more than 120 companies visiting the campus every year you get to see some really great packages. Two students bagged 67 LPA in 2015.
