Which institute is better for doing CSE amongst NIT-Kurukshetra, NIT-Bhopal and IIIT, Delhi?

I have got 21267 CRL rank in JEE Mains. Should I choose NIT, Kurukshetra or HBTU, Kanpur for B.Tech?

It depends, what kind of environment and exposure you want. HBTU has a very good reputation in CSE and paint technology so it can be preferred in this case but NITs are big name and provides you better exposure.

I would say that CSE at PEC is much better than ITY at NIT Kurukshetra. The reason being the placements of CSE at PEC are very good and the department of CSE is also very cool. They have chilled out environment.

NIT Kurukshetra is much better than NIT Rourkela. The placement of NIT Kurukshetra is also good.
