The GATE 2025 registration process with late fee is closed now for admission to the MTech course. The GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.

- The IIT JAM 2025 online registration process for admission to the MSc course has closed now. The IIT JAM 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on Feb 2, 2025.
- JEE Main 2025 Session 1 registration has closed for admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses. The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam is scheduled to be held from Jan 22 to Jan 31, 2025.

With more than 16 courses, NIT Meghalaya provides admission to its courses on the basis of merit scores in the last qualifying exam. Q: What is the cost of MSc at NIT Meghalaya?
The total fee for the BTech programme at NIT Meghalaya is INR 1.4 lakh. Total fee is calculated based on annual/ semester fee available for the academic year 2024, hence is indicative. ST/SC & PH students are fully exempted from paying tuition fees, while the most economically backward students (whose family income is less than INR 1.00 Lacs per annum) are granted full remission of the tuition fee. Other economically backward students, whose family income falls between INR1.00 to 5.00 Lacs per annum, are granted a remission of 2/3rd of the tuition fee.

To apply in the PG courses at NIT Meghalaya candiates must have valid national level entrance scores and participate in the counselling process.
