It's great. NIT, Rourkela is best for core branches. NIT-RKL is not that awesome for CSE and you must prefer other NITs for CSE.

Jharkhand conducts it's own CET and hence except for IIT equivalent college & NIT, rest all admit students based on entrance exam conducted by the state.

If you have scored 92 then you are qualified to write JEE Advanced but you cannot get a seat in any of the NITs but you can try for other government colleges. But, we can't assure that you will definitely get a seat so better try f
