your JEE Mains score is poor so chances are less.Check the last year cutoff for respective branch .
8 years ago Can I expect NIT Raipur with 64 JEE Marks and OBC category (cut-off-70) and as Home State quota. I am expecting 80 percent in CBSE.

Don't expect bro.you belong to OBC category and cutoff 70 but you don't get NIT RAIPUR as HOME STATE quota if your marks will be 120.
If your 12 CBSE board % 92+ and if your jee score will be 100+ then you will may get admitted.
