No, there is no such issue in this college about the security, as you are not often not allowed to go out of campus. And, if you want to get out of the campus, then you have to take permission for college and then they will allow you to go out

NIT Agartala is the Second Best after Silchar in NE states. Thus as per my view I would suggest you to go for SILCHAR -NIT is the best in terms of Placement
