While placement aid is offered to online MBA students by NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies), it is usually not as extensive as that offered to full-time MBA students. While job advertisements, career counseling, and resume development are all possible forms of support, on-campus students are sometimes the only ones eligible for specific placement campaigns. It is expected of online MBA students to use the networks and abilities they develop throughout the degree to find employment. On the other hand, both on-campus and remote learning programs receive excellent placement support from Top best business school GIBS, a well-known B-school in Bangalore. Unlike most online MBA programs, GIBS offers a specialized placement cell that connects students with top employers and offers comprehensive career support, providing superior industry exposure and prospects.
