4 years ago I have scored 228 in NMAT with 9.4 CGPA in 10th, 81.60% in 12th, 83.40% in B.E. Should I expect a call from NMIMS (Mumbai) for 2021 batch?

Your academic performance is really outstanding. The NMAT score above 210 is good enough for NMIMS Mumbai. So you can be hopeful for an admission call.

Yes, you can go for mba even without experience. All you have to do is give CAT, MAT, XAT or GMAT exams and apply for colleges.

No, you can't apply for UGC NET exam with a PGDM. You should be having a master's degree (Post graduation degree) in Management or other relevant field with minimum of 55% aggregate marks secured to be eligible for UGC NET exam.
