Although I don't have a strong opinion about LPU or NIMS. However, Chandigarh University is the greatest choice for agriculture sciences. In 2008, NIMS University Jaipur was founded. The UGC and AICTE have both recognised and given their approval to NIMS Jaipur. A public university, that is.
