Best institute in Guwahati.

Placements: To be frank, if your aim is PSU and government jobs, then go with this institute and if your plan is to work in the private sector, in my personal opinion, go for TISS, Madras and Delhi University. There is no value if you are doing MSW at an institute that is not famous for MSW. At the end of the day, all we get settled on is a good job but you will have to adjust to your dreams and be ambitious. So, choose wisely. In NERIM, you get an internship at a local NGO or company, and you can easily g...

I want to say to my college - You are the most beautiful part of my life.

Placements: They promise to give 100% placement, but many times students are not able to get placements as very few companies visit campus. However, at the college end, they try hard to provide everyone with placement opportunities. Recruiting companies include Airtel, Samsung, Hyundai, Hero, Amul, and Pepsi. The average salary is around Rs. 4.5 LPA, but we offer internships before placement to experience actual work life.

Placements: Around 50% of top recruiting companies are from the banking sector. Our college also supports students by conducting company-specific training programs and recruitment drives to training students in various MNCs. The college provides many opportunities.

The average rating for NERIM is 4 out of 5 for infrastructure, courses, teachers, placements, etc.

Placements: Placements from BCA are not up to the mark because having only a BCA degree is tough for a student to get placements in reputed companies. You can go for PG in MCA or MBA after BCA. Placements are good for MCA and MBA. Top recruiting companies are HDFC, ICICI, Tata Infotech, etc.

Good College life for five years but placements were not there.

Placements: My college name was NERIM Group of Institutions and I was a law student. Initially, when I got admission, there was a maximum of 52 students but gradually many students left due to which only 38 students were left at last. Intake was also not more at our batch. I was in the batch of 2014-2015. Intake also increased in recent years to the course. Our semester fee as a whole was of Rs 15,000 and every one year we have to pay Rs 2000 as enrollment fees. During the admission, the fees were of Rs 250...

Great college, but expensive. It is highly demandable and becomes a dream for a middle-class family.

Placements: The placements are good. We get a chance to perform yourself, but the chances are very expensive. This college is much expensive for a middle-class family. This college is good, and I can judge by giving 4 stars for placements. It is very expensive college, so please take action.

My life at NERIM college.

Placements: NERIM Group of Institution is a college where offers studies in Management, LAW, MSW and BCA etc. It gives 100% placement for management students for law and other courses like LAW and MSW. It does not provide any placement, but there is a chance of getting jobs in the institute itself.

Satisfied with the faculty members and placements are good.

Placements: The placements for my batch was pretty good as 3 best companies came to North Eastern Regional Institute of Management for Bachelors of commerce they were Amazon, Federal Bank of India, and Godrej. Few of my batch mates were placed over these companies, and few went for higher studies in North Eastern Regional Institute of Management. For our senior batch also, these companies along with HDFC and Aditya Birla also came for placements. There were different kinds of roles offered to them. Almost...

Good ,one of the top colleges in Guwahati.

Placements: The placement is decent enough. We cannot expect more than the average package for UG degree students, for MBA it is good. One of the best colleges in Guwahati. The companies like HDFC, Godrej, Airtel, Vodafone visit for placement every year. The placements of last year were good. More than 50% of the students sat for an interview, and almost 90% were recruited( bachelor of commerce).

A review on the overall college facilities.

Placements: Many companies came to the college for placements. Companies like Godrej, Amazon, and Different banks came for recruitment. So if we work hard, we may get a placement. But one thing that I came across was the biased attitude regarding placement. When Godrej came for recruitment, only selective students were called up for the interview. All the students who were willing didn't get any notification regarding it.

NERIM Group of Institutions B.Com review.

Placements: Placements are good. For the MBA students, it probably provides the best placements in Guwahati. I wouldn't trust any other college in the city for better placements. There's a placement officer who helps out the students of the college in the process of interaction between the students and the corporate houses, There are on-campus and off-campus interviews arranged regularly.

Cool place to study and make a good life.

Placements: Placement of this college is average as compared to other collages here. The college gives enough opportunity to all the students to get placed and students do get placed in reputed companies. The locations of companies where students get placed are also good.

Placements: Overall, the placement of this college was good. More than 70% got placed in different fields. Companies came for placements includes insurance company, TCI, Nestle, Amul, ICICI bank, Axis bank, Vodafone, etc. They follow up internships with various companies and recheck with the students and based on their interests, they follow up too. Average salary from the company to fresher’s was around 12k-15k and for experienced, it was negotiable.

Good faculty and good discipline but very bad placements.

Placements: Placements are not good at all. Only marketing and sales jobs are there and at that too very few companies visit the campus. Only 50 to 60 percent placements. Lowest salary is about 1 lakh rupees per annum and the highest is 3 lakh rupees per annum. The campus was visited mainly by ICICI Prudential, SBI Life, TCI, Pantaloons etc. Especially marketing roles were offered. Internships also were given to only 30% to 40% students from the college. Others had to search on their own. No stipend was o...
