If you are looking for a more affordable option with a strong focus on journalism education, NRAI School of Mass Communication might be a good choice. Since I have not been a student of the college, I can't be fully confident about it's life at campus. But, as per the research I gathered about the campus, it has a well-maintained campus with good infrastructure, including libraries, labs, and other facilities. All the best.
