NTPC School of Business (NSB) offers an online mode of application for both the courses.
For PGDM in Energy Management, a candidate must pass a Bachelors degree (10+2+3) in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./B.Com/CA/ICWA etc. or equivalent degree with at least 50% marks.
Admission to PGDM and PGDM Executive is done on the basis of CAT/GMAT/XAT score for Self-Sponsored candidates.
Final selection is done is on the basis of Admission Score (AS) and Personal Assessment (PA).
For PGDM Executive, the candidate must have passed a Bachelors degree/CA/ICWA with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Summer Internship is an important and integral part of the PGDM in Energy Management. The summer internship also has an academic component; Student interns prepare a report on the summer assignment and present it to the organization. Final placements happen during the last term of the programme.
The first batch of PGDM EM will be passed out on 2020 but all the students are placed in summer internship in NTPC, PFC, IEX, CERC, PTC, ACME SOLAR and NVVNL. For more details, please visit our official website.

This year student got their internship offer from major power sector PSUs like NTPC, PTC, PFC, NVVNL, CEL and other major private power sectors companies like IEX, Acmesolar, Thermax. They also got internship offers from electricity regulatory commission CERC. This is our first batch in 2-year energy management course hence placement record is not available currently.
