I think you should choose BMSCE over MSRIT and PESIT south campus.
Low fee
Good Placement
Good faculty
Good labs

PESU was previously known as PESIT as far as I know. By PESIT if you mean the South Campus then it is better to take admission in the main campus (I.e., PESU) .
