Hello, MMS and MBA both mean the same. Just that Mumbai University has been conferring it as MMS for many years. Whereas others like NMIMS, SIBM, FMS, etc grant MBA degrees. There is no difference whatsoever.

Yes, you can get good placements after MMS, both the programs are considered almost equal in terms of placements offered by the college.
