The cut off is 80 percentile, so there is a good chance that you will get a call, after which the selection will depend on your performance in GD/PI. The average package is 7-8 lacs p.a.

Welingkar has almost 100 percent placements with the average being 7-8 lacs p.a, and the highest going upto 16 lacs p.a. I am not fully aware about the other colleges, so I can't comment on them.
