Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai considers various factors such as academic records, work experience, entrance exam scores, etc. For shortlisting candidates for their MBA programme. While a good CAT percentile score is definitely an important criterion, it cannot guarantee a call from the institute. However, with a CAT percentile of 81.19, you may have a decent chance of getting a call from Welingkar provided your overall profile is strong enough. It is also important to note that the final selection is based on various rounds such as group discussion, Personal Interview and written ability test, and not just on the CAT percentile alone. It is recommended that you keep an eye on the institutes admission process and prepare well for the selection rounds to increase your chances of getting selected.

With a CMAT score of 88.16 percentile and belonging to the OBC category, you may have a chance to get admission in some of the colleges you have mentioned in the CAP (Centralized Admission Process) rounds. However, admission to these colleges also depends on other factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the cutoff set by each college. Based on the cutoffs of the previous years, you may have a chance to get admission in colleges like SIES, NL Dalmia, IES and Chetna in the CAP rounds, especially in the second or third round. However, admission to PUMBA and XIMR may be competitive, and you may need to have a higher percentile score to secure admission in these colleges. It is important to note that the cutoffs may vary each year, and you should check the official website of each institute or contact them directly to get the latest information on the admission process and cutoffs. Additionally, you can also consider applying to other colleges that accept CMAT scores and fit your budget and location preference.
