Generally, cut-offs are higher this year, but you give MHT-CET as well.
5 years ago I have 49.3% in graduation, OBC category, Maharashtra domicile and got 87% in MAT. Can I get admission in Welingkar institute?

No, you can't as it doesn't consider MAT score.
