First of all, congrats on your score and yes, you are eligible.
You can apply for Welingkar - Bangalore, IFMR, and SIES (PGDM).
As a backup, you can apply for IMDR, ITM, BIMTECH, XIME, Amity, IMT-Nagpur, IMT-Hyderabad and Christ.

You should apply to XIME, Bangalore, BIMM Pune or Christ Bangalore.
8 years ago I have got 65.35 percentile in CAT & got a call from PIBM & Kirloskar Institute. Should I go for any of these considering their placement?

You will see a hike in the average salary from Rs 4-6 lakh per year to Rs 5-7 lakh per year .As no of persons to be recruited are going higher as most of the companies are in expanding periods .
