A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities while the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Both are equivalent. And IIM'S also gives PGDM not MBA degree.

Micro presentation is held for those candidates who opt skype as their mode. The topic is decided by the admission team which includes faculty representatives. I am not sure about the topics. But topic which has got current relevance and topic related to business can be expected.

Number of placement opportunities for HR are limited as compared to other domains. However Rajagiri's last 34 batches of HR alumni are placed in all across the world in reputed positions have led us to become a preferred B-School in South India for all domains including HR.
