RSCOE is now Autonomous and has adopted TCS Curriculum for B.Tech (Computer Engineering.) Also, total seats for Computer are pretty less, thus with 65 Percentile chances of getting Admissions are very low.

Are both colleges affiliated to the same university?
If yes, then you could easily migrate.
If no, then you need to contact the college in which you want to migrate and take a NOC certificate from the college in which you are currently studying
