It is indeed possible to get admission to Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology (RGMCET) by management quota. For students satisfying the eligibility norms but not being able to secure a seat through the standard counselling conducted based on entrance tests like Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, direct admission is also open. This is often the case for students with good grades or those who do not wish to follow the normal entrance exam procedure. That said, one must remember that the number of seats available under the management quota is not only limited but also has separate admission charges which is not the case for normal counselling. To know more specifics like eligibility criteria, fees and procedures, the best and most accurate would be to reach out to the college or check its official website.

The teaching staff at the Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology (RGMCET) is of considerable stature and highly qualified. The more so, the college places a lot of importance in the need to hire capable and experienced faculty sources in the different engineering disciplines that comprise the college since most, if not all, of them possess higher education and vast field experience. This aids in minimizing the theoretical and practical disparity that exists. In this regard, Department of Computer Science has received appreciation as far as research is concerned, considering that teaching professionals have committed themselves to research and development of new technologies. Furthermore, the department has also been affixed as a research centre for the PhD degree programs denoting a good level of academic capacity as well.Within the same vein, the teaching staff supports the institution in any way toward assuring quality education, training of students, and promoting creativity and entrepreneurship. A number of teaching staff members participate in professional development programme, which ensures they remain abreast with developments in their areas of expertise and other relevant fields.Considering everything, the teachers' participation in the educational process at RGMCET seems to focus primarily on promoting research and preparing its students for employment in the ready-made structure.
