My college is the best in infrastructure. Many sports festivals are held in my college.
Placements: Guess 76 percentage students are placed and the highest placement was 25 LPA and minimum was 12 LPA. Top companies are coming to my college, and companies like ONGC, GAIL, and HAL have come to the campus. Many companies come to the campus, so this college is very nice and very well-placed.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is very good. Their Wi-Fi and labs are very well. Classrooms are very systematic and have a very good environment. The faculty is the best, and sports are very good with many opportunities. The canteen is good because their food is very tasty.
Faculty: Faculty are good and all are Ph.D.-qualified professors, so they teach very well and their nature is good and very helpful. Many students are doing some work in green hydrogen. Semester examinations are moderate and relatively marked.
Other: Many types of events are held in my college.

Not satisfied with placements.
Placements: The placements in the CSE department aregood. Last year, only 23% of the students were placed on campus, and the median salary was only 9 LPA. Also, not many well-known companies visit for CSE placements, and no companies have visited for internships. All of the roles offered were SDE.
Infrastructure: The hostel's Wi-Fi speed is okay, but sometimes the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. The college infrastructure is better than many NITs. The library is okay but small for the number of students in the college. There is a health centre on campus, but no proper football or cricket ground.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are just as qualified as those at the IITs. However, the CSE professors lack experience because this branch was started only in 2020. The curriculum closely aligns with that of IIT Kanpur. In the first year, we study PCMB just like at any IIT or NIT, and we also have a course on C in one of the semesters.

A Comprehensive Review on RGIPT, Amethi by Himanshu Saini.
Placements: There is an overall placement cell, coordinating with departmental placement cell at the institute. The placement cell helps the students to get settled in their life after RGIPT. Even a lot of Alumni work in PSUs at very high and good positions. Many of the students study in foreign universities like the University of Houston. Almost eight-five percent of students get placed every year and others opt for higher studies.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of RGIPT is well-built. The academic blocks are fully air conditioned with electric lecterns and projectors in the class. There are many labs that have great equipment. There is also an incubation center with workshop machines. There is also a night canteen that is open from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM and a canteen open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. RGIPT also has a BOB bank with ATM machines, Bakery shop, Post office, and Commercial complex. Best thing about the campus is that it also has a health center and guest hostel with faculty building. The hostels are well built and are very good in shape. A room accommodates two people and it's quite spacious. The C-block has an attached washrooms with rooms and other blocks have public washrooms and those are cleaned daily by janitors. The hostels have basketball, volleyball, lawn tennis, and badminton courts. For indoor games, there is a snooker room, Table tennis, dance room, music room, FMC room, and separate gyms for boys and girls. These hostels also have three messes and accommodate a large number of students at a time.
Faculty: The faculty members of RGIPT are well qualified. Many of the faculty members are educated at reputed foreign universities like the University of Oklahoma. Especially the professors of core branches have a lot of academic experience and many publications and patents under their name. The teaching style is nice as they are quite knowledgeable. Hence, if you pay attention in the classes you will be left with minimal doubts. The course Curriculum is a complete mixture of academia and making students industry-ready. The exams have been divided as mid-sem and end-sem, the mid-sem carries thirty percent weightage and end-sem carries sixty percent weightage, while the remaining ten percent are of quizzes and assignments. The exams are not very hard, if you had paid attention in the classes then exams will be very easy for you. The passing percent if also around ninty-eight percent.
Other: The overall institute life is quite good in RGIPT. One thing for sure is that if you choose RGIPT, it going to provide you with good industrial exposure. The extracurricular life is also good, there are many events that are conducted on a regular basis and many international conferences also take place at RGIPT. RGIPT have its annual fests every year that includes Urjotsav (Teach fest), Energia (Sports fest), and Kaltarang (Cultural fest).

Absolutely dissatisfied because of no exposure.
Placements: Placement is not good for tech branches. First batch of CSE passed out last year and very few companies visited our campus. Majority of students get hired off campus. We are also facing issues for internship because companies are not coming for internship.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good. Hostel is also well maintained. Every room is two person sharing. Mess food is also decent. But the campus size is very small and located in rural area. Some buildings are under construction. There is not any proper playground.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good and supportive but not all. Curriculum is also good. They just force for attendance. If you want to study you can do by yourself. Majority of students study from YouTube just one day before exam. There are two exams held in a semester. One is mid semester and another is end semester.
Other: I have chosen my course as per current demand.

College for Chemical and petroleum engineers.
Placements: Approximately 40% of students are getting placed now. The highest package is about 20 LPA and the lowest is 6- 7 LPA. Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering is one of the best courses in our college in terms of placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good and the buildings look nice. Academic departments are also good but some buildings are under construction. Wi-Fi labs and research laboratories are provided to us. Facilities in hostels are provided.
Faculty: Top-level facilities of petroleum and chemical engineering branches are present on our campus. Some professors are also listed in the top 2% of researchers worldwide. The curriculum of the first year is the same as everywhere while from 2nd year core subjects of particular branches are focused.
Other: Three fests are organised by our college every year which are Energia by the Sports Council, Kaltarang by the Cultural Council and Urjotsav by the Science and Technical Council.
