Girls have 3 different types of hostels and you can visit them by person and opt the one that suites you.
They are strict on rules and there wouldn't be any problem with the security aspect.

See fee for this course is Rs 6.5 lakh which should be paid in 4 installments and you can avail an education loan if required.

Hostel for boys is behind the campus,quite long and few stay in flats. Placements are good as you have heard. Probably campus would be shifted to new area with good infrastructure.
