Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida is worth your investment for MBA education. JIM Noida has been accredited by NBA, approved by AICTE and recognised by AIU. All three are recognitions which are important for an institute to achieve. There are 3 streams- PGDM General, PGDM Services Management and PGDM Marketing and all of them are AIU recognised. JIM offers a very good placement scene as compared to other management institutes in the nearby area. The average package can differ from year to year, but roughly it is around 5 Lacs per annum. The highest package depends on your caliber.

Yes, that will be better while comparing to the Alliance. It provides a good quality education to students and just confirm all the things before joining the college.

Yes, you can appear for the course of MBA, once you give the entrance test namely CAT or CMAT.
If you have decided any specific college, then see whether they have their own entrance or not. If yes, appear for the same.

MSRIM follows either Mysore University, VTU or Annamalai University, which is kind of dated. The rules and regulations of the college too are complicated. Whereas, Presidency University is a private university and it has its own curriculum with a perfect blend of theory, practical along with soft-skills, which not only help a student get a perfect knowledge but also allowing him/her perform better in the interview, which in return gives a student an opportunity to settle soon. Apart from the studies, MSRIM is a small college with not much facilities. Whereas, Presidency University stands on a 65 acre land with great facilities that a student requires for his education.

You can keep it only as a backup, in case you do not have a much better option available and/or are unwilling to take a year's drop and prepare again for the various MBA entrance exams. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/course/master-of-business-administration-ramaiah-institute-of-management-studies-sciences-mathikere-bangalore-92994 Kindly visit this link to know more about it, specially the college reviews, placements, etc.

I know that your life will be doomed in Ramaiah Institute of Management studies. Please don't fall into the trap.
Nothing is good about this MBA College.
MS Ramaiah is a very good college.
RIMS just uses the same brand name, that is all.
Most people think that MS Ramaiah and RIMS is the same.
But, it is not the truth .
RIMS is way out of the main campus , and is under MS Ramaiah foundation. They promise good placement, but none of their promise are met at the end.
Same is for Ramaiah Institute of Business Studies (RIBS ) and Ramaiah Institute of Legal Studies (RILS)
These are not the same as MS Ramaiah.
They lie about the placement and everything.
They are very money minded people.
Poor infrastructure and management
Requires 90% attendance, otherwise Rs. 10000 fine.
Uniform is made of synthetic.
If you are late by 2 mins in class, you don't get attendance.
Teacher will confiscate your phone, if seen using anywhere inside the campus.
No fashion trends, like coloring hair or making bun or having Beard etc. is allowed.
It is a horrible college. Please don't join.

You must know the difference between,
MS Ramaiah and RIMS (Ramaiah institute of Management studies)
MS Ramaiah is a very good college with good placement, faculty, exposure, extracurricular facilities.
On the other hand, Ramaiah Institute of Management studies (RIMS), Ramaiah Institute of Business School (RIBS) and Ramaiah Institute of Legal studis (RILS) are under one director, which is completely different from the MS Ramaiah.
People gets confused and joins RIMS RIBS or RILS thinking that it's the same as MS RAMAIAH, but it's far from it. They just run an institution with the same brand name to fool people.
They are very money minded and sexism is seen everywhere in the college.
Some of the most useless and annoying things about this college is (RIMS, RIBS AND RILS)
1. 90% attendance is compulsory, if you fail to meet this attendance in any subject, they will take a huge fine about Rs. 10000 per subject for MBA students, and for under graduate it's lower than that. But, two years back, I heard that someone had to pay fine of Rs.18000 for one semester.
2. Uniform covers 90% of the body and is made up of pure synthetic, which is very uncomfortable.
3. There is no sports ground. Very poor infrastructure and no extracurricular activities.
4. If any students is seen using phone anywhere in the college building, then their phone is confiscated.
5. Even if you are 2 mins late, you will not be allowed inside the class.
6. There is no festive holiday for anyone.
Not even on Janmashthami or Baker-eid or anything.
7. Management is very poor.
But, MS Ramaiah is a very good and reputed college and they do not have con like RIMS.
