Hey Akash,
As you want to join engineering in ramaiah institute, your Diploma cutoff is really high as it is considered as a parallel course, around 90% minimum. And the seats reserved for the students through Diploma quota is also very less.

So to change the college you would be requiring percent about 95%. and upon that may ask for extra charges to be payed for changing the college . And this also depends upon the availability of seats :)

Some colleges only require a valid JEE score and they don't see you fail or pass, but they see your academic performance in 10+2. If it is 60% and more then it is fine. You may get addmission in better colleges and there are some other college
