According to me, firstly Manipal, secondly PES University for CSE. I am not so sure about BMS and MS Ramaiah but BMS is better than MS Ramaiah according to me.

According to me, the course is good and placement opportunities are good. If you have little background in electronics in your PUC is enough. Mainly if you are interested in networking and communication fields, you can succeed.
