Any valid score of MAH MBA CET, CAT, CMAT or other acceptable MBA competitive exam score will make you eligible for admission.

Yes, you are eligible. CAT is an all INDIA entrance test. u can use CAT score for taking admission in RCOEM. other exam scores that are accepted include MAT, CMAT, CET, etc.

Yes, you have to have 3 + year graduation from any recognized university. You will be eligible for RCOEM MBA.

Yes, you can. The minimum qualification required to be deemed eligible is 3-year UG. Also, you have to take an entrance test.
