Only Delhi College of Art at Tilak marg near ITO, offers BFA in 3 different streams, admission is only through entrance Exam. Other than DU Jamia Millia Islamia University offers the same course in different streams.

I thing Chandigarh University is best for MSC Chemistry. not only for studies but it is value for money and placement too. last year the highest L.P.A. was of 35L.p.a. So I think taking admission in CU is a kind of steal deal.

Yes you have definite chances of getting into a good college in North college. First of all fix a seat in first cutoff and then you can wait for more cutoff and when gets chance of a good college then shift into that college.

No, you cannot do that. Mathematics is compulsory in this course. Check the eligibility criteria on DU website.
