Pass +2 science with a minimum of 50% marks. The candidate should have either the subject combination of (a) Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or (b) Biology, Physics and Chemistry at +2 level. Separate application forms are required for each stream.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Exam 2018 (CEE)-2018 for the admission to B.Sc B.Ed/B.Sc Ed/BA B.Ed/M.Sc Ed and B.Ed (two-year). RIE CEE 2018
NCERT is conducting Common Entrance Examination 2018. It is for RIEs (Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysore, and Shillong), Prarambh Haryana, NCERT, New Delhi.
NCERT conducts RIE CEE for centralized online admission process for six (06) courses namely B.Sc B.Ed, BA B.Ed, M.Sc B.Ed, M.Ed, and B.Ed-M.Ed integrated.

The college has B.Sc+B.Ed with two groups: -
(i) Physical Science Group (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).
(ii) Biological Science Group (Botany, Zoology & Chemistry).
The B.Sc-B.Ed course is a professional course and it aims at producing competent teachers of science and mathematics teaching at secondary level. This is an innovative teacher education course. It provides training in methodology along with instruction in various content areas.

The Regional Institute of Education conducts will release the application form in the 2nd week of March 2018 and the exam will be on 19th June 2018. To apply for B.Ed in RIE you need to have at least 50% marks in Bachelor's degree and /or in the Master's degree in Science/ Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science or Mathematics or in Bachelor's Degree and /or in the Masters in Social Science/Humanities are eligible for admission to the programme (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/PH candidates).
