Hello Mohammad, the fees of the second year for those who are joining directly under the lateral mode of admission and for those who have been promoted after passing first year is exactly same. In this college the fees is roughly 400000 for 4 year course. If Rizvi College of engineering has been established as a minority institute then and if you are from the same community you can definitely get admission in that college but whether you will get computer science engineering or some other branch will depend on your ranking. If you are talking of the college in Maharashtra then admissions are based on the entrance exam conducted by the state of government of Maharashtra called mht-cet. you need to appear for this examination though there would be some seats in the college against what is called as all India quota to be filled as per JEE Mains but no one knows how many seats are there under this quota.
