First clear first year and only then you will be eligible to get admitted into 2nd year in the university. Without clearing it, you can't get admission in any of the universities.

Yes you can eligible to apply for the Rizvi college as candidate is required 10+2 Qualification with a minimum of 50% marks but cut off is more than 60 %. .

B. Techai ans data Science engineering at Rizvi college of engineering is good. The placement facility are also good. Many company are coming and hired many student. The highest package is 7-8lakhs per annum and average is 3-4 Lacs per annum.
