The eligibility criteria is that you need to give at least one aptitude entrance test and you should have a minimum of 50% in your graduation.
However, your score is very less and it's difficult to convert it to MMS program.

Getting a good college for MMS is tough with this score. However, you can try for PGDM in Chetana/SIES.
