Truth from experience can be believed

Placements: Sixty percent of students are placed in my course every year. Six Lacs per annum was the highest package. TCS is the top recruiter. 60% of students get internship in our course and college. Backend and frontend operators are the roles offered.

STMV provides knowledge and enjoyment.

Placements: The placement rate is low. They will ask us to go to some other colleges to attend the placement programs. Our principal knows some TCS employees, so we get internships at TCS in our third year.

Our college is good for studies, but they must provide more practical knowledge.

Placements: There have been no campus placements in our college since we joined. Even if there are placements, the companies are the worst. But recently, some campus placement drives have been conducted in our college. I hope this continues, and the college brings more companies for placements.

I had a nice experience in B.Tech at our college.

Placements: We didn't get any placements in our college. We used to go to other colleges for placements. Sometimes our college faculty members provided information regarding interviews which are conducted in other colleges. We visited those colleges for interviews.

An average looking college with an above average approach.

Placements: Considering the training provided by the training and placement cell as well as the number of companies conducting interviews in the college every year, the placements in our college can be 4-6 stars out of 10. Except, all those companies are either BPOs or call centres or any software and IT related companies. Placements in the core fields like mechanical, electrical, and civil are way too low when compared to other colleges. Even the HR department is not that supportive.

Our college is good but the disadvantage is, there is lack of placements.

Placements: The placements are very less in our college. I am studying in my college from diploma, but placements which I have seen are very less. Many students got placements in some companies with good salary packages. Due to low strength, the placements are less.

The college needs a lot of improvement.

Placements: No student got placed from our college. The placements are not available. No company is visited our college. There is no placement cell in our college. Only 30-40% of the students got the internship. The placement cell will be useful for our students. Not a single campus drive is conducted.

This is not a good college for students, who are looking for jobs after the completion of B.Tech.

Placements: I joined this college in 2014, and when I joined in B.Tech, the chances of getting jobs were too high, but when I was in the 3rd year, my seniors told me about the possibility of getting jobs. Hardly 3 to 5 members of my seniors got placed in campus interviews. Remaining all others were still searching for the jobs, and the situation was the same for us.

Good infrastructure, teaching, students' freedom, but don't expect placements.

Placements: Don't expect placements from this college as it is very rarely provided. You might get to attend some campus interviews, but those are not worthy companies, and most probably, their profile will be of IT outsourcing companies like BPO, non-voice process, etc. Don't expect MNCs. It is better to try ourselves for a better job apart from hoping the campus placements. The internships are also very rare here, mostly, we won't get it.

The college is a little good, but somewhat hard for the highly qualified students.

Placements: In this college, the placements play a minimum role from the last few years, due to low staff and faculty, which makes drop down for students. A few months before, Amazon came to recruit the students from this college. A small percentage (25%) of students got selected on the campus.

3 out of 5 for sanketika institute of technology and management.

Placements: Placements in the last few years have been quite good. Though not many students are being taken, various well known MNCs visited the college for campus placements. The training and placements cell which runs under the college management ensures that the students are properly prepared for interviews and group discussions.

Choose a better college for bright future.

Placements: When I was a student of this college, we didn't have any placements, but now there are many opportunities for placements. Now the college management is trying hard to get some companies for students, where they can get placed before they leave their college. Finally, there are many placements in my college.

Education and money are very precious, so don't waste them in this college.

Placements: The placements are not there at all. Till now not even one company visited our college. Our college is saying that the companies will visit. There is no need of the percentage because there is a company that is going to visit our college. Our college students went for different internship programs like steel plants and dockyards.

It was like a passing cloud. I just finished it without having any knowledge and I had freshness in my mind. I had enjoyed my college life very sadly strict rules but no use as it was not as per its rules. Please when you join a college check its placements and infrastructure. We suffered a lot having poor facilities and it happened like a tragedy hope it will be uplifted from now.

The best option for people in Vizag. This College is not up to the mark in quality of Faculty members. Lab instructors do not teach well. Classes are not conducted as per schedule. Placement is pathetic and no good companies visit the college. Majority of the placements happen in pool campus in some other college, where preference is given to their college students. Pre-placement preparation is also unsatisfactory. Only Computer Science students get preference, while students of other branches ...

The College is good and Faculty Members are good for some courses. We have State Level Game Competitions. The four years of college life are fun filled. Faculty Members care for students. Transportation is also good. So I recommend this college to students, as it is a great college for learning.

Our college has good infrastructure, but I am dissatisfied because of the authorities.

Placements: Most of the students get placed from college. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 12,000 per month - Rs. 30,000 per month. Top companies like Amazon and Infosys visit the campus for recruitment. Good communication skills and coding knowledge is provided to students. In our course, the salary offered varies from Rs. 12,000 per month- Rs. 50,000 per month. Almost 60% of the students got placed in Cisco company and they also provide an internship to students and give a certificate for that. It is ve...
