You are eligible. Christ considers work experience when it comes to its selection process. You are more likely to get admission.

Taking leave is not an issue but you need to maintain 85% attendance in the semester. It is not very difficult as long as you don't take leave leisurely.

6 years ago I have been selected for Christ but in Kengeri campus, is there any difference in terms of placements?

There is no difference in terms of curriculum and placements but the campus life is calm and great in Kengeri. In city campus, it is crowded but in a great place. Being a student of Kengeri I would say Kengeri is a very good place to learn.
6 years ago I have 71 percentile in CAT and 727 in MAT, UG-54%, 12th- 72% & 10th-90%. but I have a two-year drop after my UG can I apply?

Yes you are eligible to apply. The two year drop does not matter as long as all other qualifications meet, which from all the information you provided are met with eligibility.
