Bachelors in journalism and communication is a common thing here. IP University and Delhi University have been offering this course since decades, but they never cared to revise their course structure, and are literally offering modules, which are of no relevance in today's time. Print journalism is going to be obsolete in the coming few years, but these so called top notch Delhi colleges never took this into consideration, and their major area of concentration still remains features of news writing.
If you are actually looking for a global exposure, you might look up for Jindal School of Journalism and Communication. A relative of mine is in the final semester of this course, and I envy the experience he has gained there. The dean of that school is Tom Goldestien who earlier used to be the head of Columbia School of Journalism. This man single handedly changed the manner in which a typical journalism school in India functions. Students can finish a semester abroad, go for summer schools in one of the finest journalism schools of the world, and can actually cherry pick the electives they wish to study. I was surprised to know that he was taught research methodology right from his second year of college, because I touched basics of research only when I began my Masters degree.

Hi dear,
AAFT is an autonomous body. So, it doesn't matter what percentage you have scored in class 12th exam. But you must have completed class 12th exam. They conduct an entrance exam and interview also. But it is just for formality. All in all, they want admissions. So, you can get admission in AAFT easily. Try to appear for the CET exam which is conducted by GGSIPU every year for the admission in BA (JMC). Anyway, if you need more guidance then let me know.
