Hey Akshay, Uniform is compulsory on Mondays and Thursdays. During your orientation session you will give measurements and it will be available to you after 10 days of the same. For rest of the days you have to wear formals.

As per this year placements I can tell you 98 students applied for placement service and all of them got place. And about personality development, faculty is putting their best efforts for that but you also should take responsibility to learn. If a student don't want to learn nobody can teach you. At last I would say MITSOM is value for money. Also, I think you should contact current students for better scenario, so try to contact as many of them as you can.
