A well-rounded college experience—great faculty, infrastructure and decent placements.

Placements: In psychology honors courses, placements are nil almost in any college; however for other courses, the college provides good and decent placement for sectors like IT and management. The placement cell is very active and improving. There are more than 25 companies, like Google, Chegg India, Wipro, etc., associated with the college.

Absolutely satisfied in terms of the quality of education.

Placements: The placement isn't guaranteed, and the students have to look for jobs by themselves. It is not given by the college in the majority of cases. Especially in my course, there are no placement offers that I know of that any of my seniors have received. Delhi University is not that big on placements.

Good faculty, poor placements

Placements: Batch was good also the faculty was experienced and their teaching method was always helpful. The placement is not that much in this college also, it is upto the student to do the internship and then find a suitable job for themselves, the college or the societies does not help much.

One of the best du colleges.

Placements: The placement cell works efficiently, you can have many options for internships irrespective of your course. However, courses like psychology do not have many options for students but that is the case in almost all du colleges for psychology. Overall the placement cell works well.

I am satisfied with this college because it provides good placements.

Placements: There are so many recruitments for our course and it's very interesting. So many fields are open for me after our graduations. In this field, you can go for forensic, clinical, counselling and research. Top roles are offered in our course. Teachers prepare us for the future and inspire us to achieve our goals.

Great college providing great exposure.

Placements: The placements here are not good like any other college for humanities and social science courses. However, some HR companies did come for placements in the college and 2 or 3 students even got hired, the companies were not that known or famous.

Academically it is one of the best colleges, but campus life and placements are not good.

Placements: Our college has a training and placements cell. But the internships and placements are mainly for the science and management students. Psychology students hardly find any internships through the T&P cell. Internships and placements available for humanities students are very less.

It has good faculty, and if you really want to study, this is the place for you.

Placements: Our college does not have an internship cell. Psychology in all over DU does not have proper placements as it is still an emerging field. Still, the faculty keeps providing information about all the ongoing workshops, seminars and internships, both offline and online.

It is one of the good colleges of DU.

Placements: Mostly, students of our college get placed in reputed companies with good salary packages. Salary packages vary on the basis of the skills of the students. In our department, the average salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Placements coordinators are very supportive and help students during placements.

Our college is better when compared to some other colleges.

Placements: Most of the students from our course are not usually willing to take part in placements, and there are so many reasons behind it. The main is behind it is our course. The placement record of our college is good, but students should participate in it.

The events & workshops by the department provides a better understanding of psychology.

Placements: The admissions are done on the basis of merit and entrance in Delhi university. Cut off are released for each subject and on the basis of cut of the students gets admission. This department is new in the college where there are 50 to 60 students at max. There are no placements provided by the college. There are workshops and events that will be conducted by the department for a better understanding of the field. The internship are done with the help of other organisations.

The teachers take regular doubt classes & tests which make our understanding of the concepts better.

Placements: There were some placements from the other courses. For psychology, the college does not offer any placements as the field requires at least a Masters degree. With the appropriate guidance that the college provides, we'll be able to make it to the Master's degree.

Our college has a good infrastructure and its own placement system but less campus activities.

Placements: The placement cell was developed in 2019 in our college. It has been providing students with a lot of internship opportunities in companies such as Triedge and Airtel. These opportunities are in the management or HR department for psychology students. Placements will also be provided from the coming semester. Placements for other courses have been provided with an average salary of Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month.

Absolutely satisfied, the best college due to the service and good placements in 2012.

Placements: 98% of students were placed. The highest package was 6 lakh INR. 99% of students got an internship from my batch; it was all good there. In the end, every single student was happy except for a few. The roles offered were in various offices, and the packages were very good.

Overall it is a good college and once you come here you will enjoy being here.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide many placements. But it is trying to make more of placements. Therefore placements surely need to be improved, and placement cell should surely try on this. Students also get their internships off-campus.
