I am dissatisfied with labs and placements in our college.

Placements: There are no placements for the electrical department student until the final year. Not a single company visited here for placements. But IT companies visit the college for placements in which almost 20% of the students get placed. IATC is the only company which visits the college for the electrical department and selects only one student for an internship in the company. They also provide a regular payroll after the internship.

College is the only place which gives us practical knowledge, and to experience the life.

Placements: The placement companies come to our college. In which, 30-40% of the students get placed. The lowest package offered in our college is 3 lacs, and the highest package is 47 lacs. Many companies come to our college for placements like TCS, it is one of the big companies which comes to our college. The students with minimum 70% aggregate got placed. There is a placement cell in our college. There, the interviews are conducted by the interviewer to recruit them.

The worst education system of engineering colleges in Punjab.

Placements: The college is only making money from the admissions and making people fools by false notations, by stating that they provide a good education and placements. Training and placement officers are there only to increase the college commission out of small and cheap company's placements. No big brand come to take young and skilled candidates here.

The college faculty are good but I'm dissatisfied with placement cell because there are no efforts.

Placements: The placements are not much good as we think. There is only ten percent of students placed from every batch. The average salary offered by the companies is approximately Rs. 3,00,000 per annum. In the college functions, the whole preparation is done by college students. The internship is also approximately 10% only. The highest stipend is Rs. 10,000 and the lowest stipend is Rs. 6,000 offered during the internship. There is a placement cell but there are no efforts for students placement. They s...

Good infrastructure but not good to study.

Placements: Placements were not good at all but we were very lucky that 1 mechanical company visited our campus and I got placed. But students don't have a bright future in this college. So you must go to some other college.

Good faculty, great infrastructure, nice location. The campus placements for cse are the best. This college is best for pursuing B.tech in Computer Science engineering. Extracurricular activities in this college are good. The campus crowd is below average, mostly from rural areas of Chandigarh and Mohali.

The infrastructure of the college and the sports department of college is very good. If any sportsperson wants to join this college then I think that will be a good decision for him. But in the case of studies, the college has experienced as well as fresher teachers. Among them, some experienced teachers are really good. They teach well but mostly fresher teachers are not good and in the case of placements, SUSCET has the worst placements. Only TCS came to college to recruit students.

The infrastructure and faculty of the college is good enough but the placements of the college are pathetic and most of the students got placed through placement pools in other colleges. Also the faculty doesn't focus on the importance of having training from a good place which is required for building the basic and practical knowledge of the student.

Campus was average. You can't expect much from this college. Although ranking wise it's good in PTU or in Punjab but ground reality is totally different. Teaching is all in Punjab, sometime they teach you completely in Punjabi. So it's not good for non-Punjabi speaking student. Atmosphere is a little good. Quality of teaching is average as well as teacher, so again you can't expect much from them. A very little chance of campus placement and especially for core branches like electrical, mechan...

Top companies like TCS are recruiting engineers from this college. The average salary offered in this college is 1.2 lac Overall the placements in Sus college are good.
