You need to have Maths as one of the subjects studied in standard XII in order to get admission in SRCC. You don't need to include it in best 4, but it should be there as a subject studied in XII. The same goes for all colleges in DU for B.Com

It totally depends on that year's cutoffs. For 2020, the first cutoff was 99.5 for general category and 98 for OBC. So you can assume it's going to be somewhat similar next year as well if not higher.

Choosing a University is a big decision, as our career fully depends upon that. There are some key parameters that we should keep in mind before choosing any University, like, faculty, placements, international exposure, curriculum, alumni of that university. I hope SRCC University is doing good. I did B.Com from Lovely Professional University and my experience at LPU was amazing, LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. The programme aims to build in students competent business acumen through advanced study of general subjects such as Organizational Behavior and Cost Accountancy, later allowing them to specialize in a chosen area. The curriculum involves intensive study, culminating with the completion of a research-based dissertation. The course may also include Practical/ workshops, technical and entrepreneurial projects as well as courses with exposure to cutting edge technologies. The programme has been designed to offer to eligible candidates specialisation in a wide range of managerial skills, while at the same time building competence in a particular area of business. One of the principle objectives of the course is to prepare students for successfully operating in and contributing to the modern world of business, as also for pursuing advanced research in the discipline. The courses curriculum integrates theoretical and practical components of study. LPU provides a good platform for placements for all streams and programs. LPU has a separate dept which looks after placement opportunities. Apart from that, each school has its own placement coordinator who is responsible and actively works for not only calling companies to the campus, but also for preparing students for placements by giving them proper training. Good track record of placement of students in companies like Amazon, Hidesign, Royal Bank of Scotland, Aon Hewitt, India Real Estate Property Site, Bestseller, Tommy Hilfiger, IBM Global, University 18, UAS-Int. , Flourish Food, Concentrix, Indigo Airlines, ICICI, Balaji Telefilms, Vardhman, Bajaj Allianz, NPCL, India Infoline, Bank of America, Duke, Winstar, Reliance Retail, Ceasefire, Outlook, JET Airways, Madhura Fashions to name a few.

DU only requires best 4 subjects in which one language is compulsory which is English in your case. Other 3 can be any subject that is mentioned in the list given by DU for the specific course. If the subject you are giving is not in that list a deduction of 2.5% will be applicable.
As per the subjects that you've mentioned and according to the general subjects that most people include in best 4, you can choose eng, accounts, eco and best and then your best 4 will be 97.75. If you choose the other two, a deduction of 2.5% per subject would be applicable because painting and PE is not in that list.
