For UG, you have to apply when the Delhi University registration forms will be out. If you clear the cutoff, you have to come to the college and get your admission done.

General: Max - 97.75, Min- 97.375
OBC: Max - 95.5, Min - 94.875

Yes, no matter what college you graduate from, the certificate is going to be a generic DU certificate but you might be asked during job interviews which particular college you graduated from but that is a far-sighted occurrence.

Yes, it provides MBA. In fact, it will be great if you get it. They have their own entrance exam and cut-off goes around 220/640. To make a full conversion it will be better if you score at least 300.
