It is a good college for middle class students.
Placements: Around 50-60% of students get placed in companies. The placement cell is working very hard. Our college is top for placements in Jabalpur. It recently has prestigious ranks in The Times engineering institute ranking survey 2019 conducted by Times of India. It secured 2nd rank among top private colleges.
Infrastructure: The campus is very good with a friendly environment. SRIT campus involves sports and other activities. It focuses more on nature.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very friendly. Exams are conducted on time and results are given within 10-15 days. The course curriculum is very good. Hod and the other teachers are very supportive. Classes and exams are conducted on time.

Study environment is very good related to other colleges.
Placements: It is one of the best engineering colleges with a good environment. Around 70 to 80% of students are placed in different companies. A maximum number of companies visit and other colleges have rare placements. The highest salary package is 25 LPA which makes students very happy. Maximum IT companies and other technical core companies also visit the college. Lots of students placed in many companies in the 2021-2022 batch.
Infrastructure: Best facilities are provided such as a canteen inside the campus and lots of hostels outside the campus in budget and food is also very good.
Faculty: Faculty give full support to the students and are very good. They give suggestions related to any problem and help students during exams. We know engineering is not so easy but the faculty give full support to clear exams and practicals. Labs are also very good they also give very good practical knowledge. Teachers behave friendly to ask anything related to the field during minor and major projects and help in developing projects
Other: I chose the electrical and electronics stream because of my interest. In this college, teachers give basic knowledge first and then go to advance. Every three years college organises a tech fest. There are a lot of games and technical projects created by students. Many students come to the college to enjoy the fest and participate.

Review of Shri Ram Institute of Technology.
Placements: The placements are good in this college. The college invites top companies to hire students with good packages. MBA courses are getting good offers due to the market boom. IT and CS is the core roles they offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent in our college and various facilities like badminton court and park. The facilities in the classroom are very good with smart television where students can give a presentation. The facility of Wi-Fi is also there but only for the teachers. The library is also there but it is not well-maintained like cleanliness. The food served in this college is good, but the hostel facility is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They support every student. The course curriculum of our department is relevant and very innovative and unique. Semester exams are moderate, students can score a good passing percentage if they study well.
Other: The college campus is excellent with many trees, beautiful flowers, and decorative items. It organises many events every year, and the crowd is good.

The college has good placement in this year.
Placements: The placement percentage is 89% for 2016 batch, and they have offered good package from the companies. Some have got NCC, and some gone to banks and became the manager of the bank. The average salary package is 40K per month, and the yearly package is around 4 to 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good on the campus. The campus surroundings are good. The college is good in cleanness. The free Wi-Fi facility is available for the students in the college. The classrooms are clean. The library facilities are superb for the students. There is an Indian Coffee House in our college. Our college only has ICH in the college, and the food quality is good.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teachers are great with good attitude, and only some are not good. They show bad attitude towards students, but they can simply ignore. About this, no students give them attention, and they deserve that.
Other: The college is good for events, fests, placements, and connectivity.

Not satisfied because of unavailability of core companies for core placements.
Placements: The placements for my batch were average. This year, TCS and Infosys did not visit our campus for the placements. More than 50 % students were placed in our batch. The lowest package offered was 1.7 lacs PA and the highest was 7 lacs. Various companies through open and closed campus visited our college. Core companies like Prism Cement for electrical and civil branches, and software companies like Capgemini, Syntel, HCL and various companies through the Cocubes portal made a campus visit. Our college does not allow any internship, so I have no details regarding internships. The roles like Tester and Developer were mainly offered to the students.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi and labs but the Wi-Fi only for faculty members, and nothing available for the students. But the campus is 4G Wi-Fi enabled which was just installed when I was in my last semester. The library has lots of books at around 3 lakhs which included all the core subject books as well as other competitive exams books like CAT, GRE, GATE etc. The quality of the labs is below average as only a few labs are well equipped. We have Indian Coffee House in our campus which is the best canteen available in any of the colleges of the city. Regarding sports, all the amenities are available for football, cricket, table tennis and basketball. We have a cricket ground and a basketball court, a table tennis hall and an unfurnished open badminton court. I did not face any infrastructure-related problems, but the classrooms are not up to the mark as there are no smart classrooms, no projectors etc.
Faculty: The faculty members are nice, interactive and rich in experience. I would not be able to tell much about the faculty members because I spent less time in the classes. For every 20-30 students, there is a faculty member. We did not get much of the industrial exposure, but we just got to visit one of the power plants in Birsinghpur (MP). I did not find the course curriculum useful because it was more of a theoretical knowledge-oriented than a practical one.
